La Corita began with a simple idea: a neighborhood spot where the coffee is as thoughtful as the conversation, and where the evening menu is just as worth looking forward to.
Located on Main Avenue in the heart of Brookings, we've built a space that feels neither too formal nor too rushed. It's the kind of place where you might run into a neighbor you haven't seen all week, or finally sit down with a book you've been meaning to finish.
Our drinks are made with care — coffee sourced from roasters who share our standards, cocktails built from scratch, and a kitchen that takes pride in doing a few things well.
